The Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. Whistleblower Program is an anonymous reporting system whereby Insurance Auto Auctions’ employees may report incidences of known or suspected financial misconduct or impropriety being committed by other employees, supervisors, managers, officers, or directors. The Program is administered by MySafeWorkplace, an outside, independent investigative firm staffed with professional personnel prepared to receive reports of misconduct 24 hours per day. Those reports are then transmitted, without modification, to the appropriate persons at the Company who are designated to respond to the allegations raised therein. Those persons filing the reports may interact anonymously with the respondents in investigating the claims.
