Steve Muscarello, our SVP and Chief Commercial Officer, highlights our latest branch expansions, announces IAA is a Great Place to Work®, and unveils that motorcycles are coming to IAA Engine Start™!
I hope everyone has been having a great week, as we inch closer to July and the start of Q2! As I released in my newsletter two weeks ago, IAA has started to create an extensive look into our CAT Response Strategy, exploring different areas of our response, such as real estate capacity, operational execution, transport logistics and vehicle merchandising. If you haven't read it yet, our first brief of real estate capacity is out now, and the others will be out soon!
I'm proud to announce that IAA has been named a Great Place to Work® for the second year in a row! We pride ourselves on providing a great work culture for our employees, and it's great to see that it's getting noticed.
Now that IAA is a completely digital auction model, I don't want us to lose focus on the fact that our IAA branches are still continuing to add capacity into key markets all over the country. The recent relocations and expansions represent a threefold increase of capacity!
The last thing I wanted to share was a cool new update to our IAA Engine Start™ product. The product has been wildly successful with adding another element to merchandising your vehicles, but now we've added it to motorcycles! This will continue to enhance our Rec Rides® auction by giving buyers the ability to preview the engines before they bid!Listen to the rumble of a 2018 Indian Scout Motorcycle
As always, thank you for your business. Stay safe and healthy. Have a happy 4th of July and I will be in touch again soon.
