Mississauga, ON, – October 5, 2020 – Impact Auto Auctions Ltd., the Canadian subsidiary of IAA, Inc. (NYSE: IAA), a leading digital global marketplace connecting vehicle buyers and sellers, announces an all-new Centralized Services Call Centre, adjacent to its existing Toronto facility located in Oshawa. The new location is staffed with specialized teams dedicated to the expedited release of vehicles while providing efficient customer support.
“The new call centre provides the Centralized Releasing Unit (CRU) and towing and Storage Resolution (TSR) teams with a technically advanced workspace,” said Blair Earle, IAA Managing Director for Impact. “The improved facility allows for enhanced collaboration and communication, permitting vehicles to be efficiently dispatched for pick-up, and then sold through Impact’s digital auction platform for maximum vehicle value.”
The renovated building features a dedicated Catastrophe (CAT) space supporting response services for all regions and time zones across Canada. Impact’s new Centralized Services Call Centre also provides additional room for services growth to further support the Canadian market.
