2. New, Arizona Title Process Changes
Arizona Titles for IAA vehicles listed with “E-Title” will be held electronically and no longer printed automatically at IAA Phoenix or IAA Tucson branches.

DID YOU KNOW
We have rental, lease, fleet & franchise dealer vehicles of all types? From Mazda to Maserati and everything in between, IAA has the inventory you need to meet your needs.
4. Technology Updates
Have you ever lost out on a great vehicle because your high bid did not meet the seller’s reserve? Our new IAA Manage Offers™ makes that a thing of the past. Now if your high bid does not meet the reserve, you can negotiate directly with sellers – in real-time. Accept, decline or counter offer from any desktop, laptop or mobile device.
We’ve added Custom Jump Bids to our digital auction platform. Jump Bids allow bidders to “jump” the current bid to an amount of their choice, provided it’s higher than the current bid.
Feature Highlight Messages: Sellers can highlight their vehicle’s best features during the digital auction. Seller-selected messages will automatically appear to the bottom-right of the “BID" button when the final countdown begins. Be on the lookout for these messages.
