Who We Are

We’ve been around for quite a while, and we love what we do. IAA has been a trusted partner of insurance companies, fleet and rental firms, financing companies, auto dealers and the general public since 1982. Today, our headquarters reside just outside of Chicago in Westchester, Illinois. We’ve built more than 190 corporate-owned auctions across North America and the U.K. with plans to continue to expand and grow.

SkillsUSA is a national nonprofit organization designed to ensure America has a skilled workforce through serving teachers and high school and college students who are preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled-service occupations. This is a partnership that continues to flourish and expand, and IAA is proud to have been an official sponsor of SkillsUSA since 2012.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation

Every year, IAA branches across the country join the fight against childhood cancer by setting up lemonade stands and donating the proceeds to ALSF. This annual tradition has raised more than $500,000 to date, making us a Top-100 fundraiser.

Cristo Rey Jesuit High School—Chicago

Since 2005, we have been a corporate sponsor of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School's Corporate Work Study Program, a nationally recognized model that has been replicated in 25 schools across the country. Teams of students fulfill 181 days of work at IAA during the school year, allocating their earnings to pay for more than half of their education. Metro Chicago Heart Walk

We urge team members to get on their feet for this annual event and support the American Heart Association's mission to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Our efforts in 2014 raised more than $80,000 for the organization, and we continue to be active participants in our local chapters.
