SkillsUSA

SkillsUSA is a national nonprofit organization designed to ensure America has a skilled workforce through serving teachers and high school and college students who are preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled-service occupations. This is a partnership that continues to flourish and expand, and IAA is proud to have been an official sponsor of SkillsUSA since 2012.

Since 2005, IAA has been a corp sponsor of Cristo Rey Jesuit & Christ the King Jesuit College Prep's Work Study Program.

Cristo Rey & Christ the King Corporate Work Study Program

Since 2005, we have been a corporate sponsor of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School and Christ the King Jesuit College Prep's Corporate Work Study Program, a nationally recognized model that has been replicated in 25 schools across the country. Illinois Diversity Council (National Diversity Council)

The Illinois Diversity Council (ILDC) is the regions’ premier resource for the education and advocacy of diversity, equity and inclusion. A catalyst and navigators for meaningful cultural change within corporate suites, higher education institutions and in the streets collaborating with community organizations to ensure that every individual is welcomed, valued, heard and supported. IAA is proud to announce we have joined The Illinois Diversity Council as a corporate partner in 2022.

Collision Repair Education Foundation

The Collision Repair Education Foundation supports collision repair educational programs, schools, and students to create qualified, entry-level employees and connect them with an array of career opportunities. IAA’s VP of Industry Relations, Mark Helvenston, has served on the Board of Trustees since 2018.

Department of Defense Military Spouse Employment Partnership

In 2021, IAA joined the Department of Defense Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), an effort that connects military spouses with hundreds of partner employers who commit to recruit, hire, promote and retain military spouses. MSEP has made a huge difference in the communities where our partners operate. Since its inception in 2011, MSEP employers have hired more than 200,000 military spouses. We look forward to continuing to create work environments that foster equal access to professional growth and advancement opportunities for military families.
