    Driving Directions

    For Pickup: NOTHING LARGER THAN A 7 CAR HAULER, NO BIG TRUCKS, NO LARGE TRAILERS - VEHICLES MUST BE TOWED. NO DRIVING THE VEHICLES OFF THE LOT - This is a town restriction! No Exceptions. Coming from the South and West utilize Rt.2 West to Rt.13 North to Rt.2A to our site. Coming from the East utilize RT 2 West to Rt. 110-111 to Rt.2A West to our site. IAA encourages all car carrier operators using Rt.2 to refrain from using the residential roadways through our host community of Shirley in an effort to help preserve the rural character and safety of the community. Much of the travelled north and south route using the Shirley Road exit is posted for 25 mph and strictly enforced. IAA prefers all carriers to utilize numbered state routes. PREVIEW DAY - High Visibility Vests/Shirts are Required. Upon arrival please ask staff if the vehicle you are coming to see is in the "Sale Area" already. If not we can pull it down for you to preview. Thank you!

    Branch yards close earlier than the offices to allow extra time for pullout/loading.

    Vehicles can be picked up on sale day. For the pick up status of a purchased vehicle, please call 877-272-6665.

    Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property.

    IAA loaders are not permitted to lift anything greater than 11,000 lbs. Transporters must have the correct equipment, the qualification to use the equipment and acknowledge they are solely responsible for loading these items.

    Purchases must be secured within 5 business days of purchase. If the vehicles are not picked up within this period, IAA will pick up the vehicle and transport it to our nearest facility (standard fees for transportation and storage will apply).
